Techstern was engaged to ensure the quality and reliability of a Society Management Mobile Application designed for residential communities. The app enabled users to manage daily operations such as maintenance requests, payments, event updates, and community interactions.
Our role was to establish a comprehensive QA process covering both manual and automated testing to validate critical workflows across Android and iOS platforms. This included building a scalable automation framework, creating a robust regression suite, and implementing a structured reporting process to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into application quality.
Our QA team delivered a complete testing solutionfor the client:
Designed modular test areas by priority and complexity; developed detailed test cases covering all key workflows.
Conducted smoke, sanity, and regression test cycles; logged and tracked issues in Jira; shared detailed execution and summary reports with stakeholders.
Built an automation framework from scratch using Appium + TestNG + Java, writing end-to-end scripts for high-priority test cases across Android and iOS.
Continuously updated the regression suite to include new functionalities and enhancements.
Maintained structured QA deliverables, including test plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), test cases, execution logs, and final summary reports.
By implementing a structured QA strategy and mobile test automation framework, Techstern ensured the Society Management Mobile Application achieved high reliability and functionality across platforms. This comprehensive approach enabled faster releases, improved test coverage, and stronger confidence in the product’s performance.
