During peak admission periods, the institute faced frequent challenges such as inaccurate data entry, decentralized records across departments, inefficient payment tracking, delayed financial reporting, and the absence of a structured mechanism for handling instalments or late fees. To overcome these challenges, we designed and deployed a centralized web-based Student Admission and Fee Management Platform that digitized the entire admission lifecycle while streamlining financial operations. The solution included a secure online admission form with built-in validation, course selection, and document uploads, along with a merit-based seat allocation engine to ensure fair and transparent admissions. A comprehensive fee management module allowed structured fee mapping, instalment scheduling, automated reminders, and late-payment penalty configurations. The platform also featured role-based access control for administrators, finance teams, faculty, students, and parents, ensuring that each stakeholder could easily access relevant data.
