Techstern partnered with the airport’s redevelopment team to design and implement a Microsoft Power BI–based analytics solution tailored to cost and budget management. Key components included:

  • Mobile Accessibility – Leveraged Power BI’s cross-platform availability (iOS, Android, and Windows) to ensure stakeholders could access real-time reports anywhere, anytime.
