QA & Testing Solution for a Mobile Marketing Automation Platform

Techstern was commissioned to design a comprehensive Load Testing Solution for a large-scale E-commerce platform integrated with Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The client needed a reusable and configurable testing framework that could simulate real-world scenarios and validate platform stability under high user load.

In addition, the client required a Core Web Vitals assessment to measure loading performance, interactivity, and visual stability of the live environment, ensuring a seamless end-user experience.
