Transformation of E-Com Infra Using Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework

We migrated a legacy e-commerce infrastructure of 52 VMware-based VMs to Microsoft Azure using a structured two-phase approach (IaaS → PaaS), aligned with Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework. The project enhanced scalability, security, high availability, and disaster recovery while reducing operational overhead and enabling remote access and modern DevOps workflows.
